Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to oversee its activities, combining strategic leadership with operational management. The role involves structuring and developing the organization, uniting teams around shared goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting strong business performance. The CEO will build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and customers while guiding the organization’s continued growth. Candidates should hold a university degree in engineering, management, or another relevant field and bring extensive general management experience in a B2B environment. Strong strategic and operational management skills, experience driving growth, and a background leading multidisciplinary teams are required. Experience reporting to an international head office is an asset.
