Chief Operating Officer (COO), B2B Co-Founder Remote (anywhere in Europe)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) and B2B Co-Founder to join their dynamic team of serial entrepreneurs. The successful candidate will be an ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take on the challenge of starting and scaling their own B2B startup. As a COO and Co-Founder, you will be responsible for owning, building, and running the startup, with a focus on personal and professional development. The role involves an extensive journey of growth, including a fully customized program for goal, time, and energy management, as well as intensive coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding rounds. Applicants must be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation, and be prepared to take full responsibility for their startup, with the goal of scaling it to over €100M in revenues. Excellent communication skills in English are a requirement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a strategic thinker, and is passionate about the prospect of building a company with the potential for a €1B+ exit. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced founders, access to a vast network of professionals, and support in all aspects of the startup journey, from team building to product-market fit and beyond.
