Head of Local Productions

The Company is seeking a Head of Local Productions to spearhead the next chapter of its local content. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of shaping the conversation in the region, with a focus on creating compelling and relatable stories across various genres. The Head of Local Productions will be responsible for the entire local production portfolio, from the initial pitch to final delivery, and will play a key role in developing formats that resonate across streaming, linear, and social media. Applicants for the Head of Local Productions position should have a solid background in commissioning, developing, or executive-producing unscripted content, with a strong understanding of the production process and audience engagement. The role requires a leader who is entrepreneurial, hands-on, and unafraid to take creative risks. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Swedish and English, with experience in digital-first or YouTube production, and a background in crime or reality formats is a plus.
