Associate Vice President, Cash Management Implementation Manager, Wholesale Banking Group Remote (anywhere in United Arab Emirates)

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Cash Management Implementation Manager for the Wholesale Banking Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of various cash management solutions for corporate clients, including online banking, host-to-host, liquidity management, and digital payment propositions. This role involves converting client mandates into live solutions, leading technical integration with client ERPs, and ensuring that implementations meet the company's revenue targets and growth objectives. The candidate will also be expected to act as the single point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders during the implementation phase, run client workshops, and ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Service Unit post-implementation. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with additional certifications such as CertICM, PMP, Agile, or SWIFT/ISO 20022 being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in transaction banking, with at least 4 years in cash management implementation or client integration, is required. The role demands a proven track record in delivering complex cash management solutions, experience in managing teams, and a strong understanding of Middle East banking, particularly UAE regulatory and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of using AI and automation tools to enhance delivery efficiency, and adept at balancing client demands with the company's platform capabilities.
