Associate Vice President, Mutual Funds & Wealth Lending Remote (anywhere in United Arab Emirates)

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead the strategy, development, and commercial performance of its mutual funds and wealth lending offerings. Responsibilities include managing the fund lifecycle, conducting due diligence and performance reviews, and overseeing portfolio-backed lending propositions, collateral frameworks, and lending controls. The role also involves building strategic partnerships, leading product launches, and working with cross-functional teams to strengthen delivery, governance, and digital capabilities. The successful candidate will support sales teams with product expertise and client materials while ensuring suitability, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related discipline; CFA, CWM, CAIA, or similar qualifications are advantageous. Applicants should bring 7–10 or more years of experience in wealth management, investment products, product development, investment advisory, asset management, or financial services. Strong experience with mutual funds, investment platforms, fund due diligence, and manager selection is required, while exposure to wealth lending or secured financing is highly desirable. The role calls for investment and analytical expertise, commercial acumen, and strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
