Executive Director, Project Development, Hospitality Assets

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Project Development in Hospitality Assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development and project delivery of various hospitality projects, with a current focus on a significant asset in the Maldives. This role involves leading the day-to-day delivery of the project, from the initial development brief through to design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and opening readiness. The Executive Director will also be tasked with maintaining clear accountability for project progress, decisions, and risks, as well as managing the design process, consultant and operator teams, and contractor procurement and selection. Applicants must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with additional training in business or real estate, and a minimum of 15-20 years' of experience in development management, project delivery, or construction delivery, preferably in the hospitality sector. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of hospitality design disciplines, the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, and a proven track record in delivering complex development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in executive reporting, decision-making, stakeholder management, and communication, and be proficient in MS Office and project reporting tools. The position demands a professional with the ability to drive program, cost, quality, and risk management, and who is adept at ensuring design-to-budget outcomes while maintaining the required standards of the hospitality experience.
