Head of Finance, Recruitment & Contract Staffing

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to take on a pivotal role in leading the in-house finance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing timely management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, with a focus on clear reporting of profitability by team and business line. This role involves managing cash flow, working capital, client collections, and overseeing the full contractor finance cycle, including payroll, invoicing, and margin reconciliation. The Head of Finance will also be tasked with ensuring the accuracy of permanent placement fees and consultant commissions, leading month-end processes, and working with external advisers on tax and compliance matters in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be qualified accountants with a strong background in finance leadership, particularly within recruitment, staffing, or similar people-based businesses. Experience with contract staffing finance in the Middle East is highly valued. The role requires a candidate who can both manage the details of contractor payroll and billing and provide strategic advice on cash, margins, and growth.
