Head of GCC Strategic Engagement

The Company is seeking a Head of GCC Strategic Engagement to shape its relationships with government, sovereign, and business stakeholders across the Gulf. The role will develop regional stakeholder strategies, advise senior leaders on meeting and event requests, and support corporate reputation, media engagement, sponsorships, and partnerships. It will also coordinate relationship governance and business council engagement, while leading a dedicated coordinator responsible for briefings, meeting pipelines, and follow-up. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted adviser to senior leadership and help ensure engagement supports regional investment and business priorities. Candidates should bring significant senior experience in government relations, public affairs, corporate affairs, or strategic advisory within the GCC, along with credibility and established relationships across the UAE and wider Gulf. Strong commercial judgment and an understanding of the region’s distinct markets are essential. The role also requires discretion, political awareness, and experience advising senior executives or public officials and managing high-profile engagements. Excellent writing skills, including the ability to produce concise briefings, and familiarity with media relations, reputation, or partnership decisions are expected.
