Head of AI

The Company is seeking a Head of AI to lead development of software for an advanced computing platform. The role will define AI software strategy and help shape product direction, technical decisions, and long-term roadmaps. Responsibilities include guiding the development of scalable AI platforms, developer tools, and production-grade systems, while collaborating closely with hardware, systems, and product teams. The successful candidate will also build and develop a high-performing engineering organization. Candidates should bring strong expertise in modern AI and machine-learning workloads, including model deployment, inference, and optimization, along with proven technical leadership and team-building experience. Deep programming skills in Python and C/C++ in performance-critical environments are required. Applicants should also have experience with AI frameworks, compilers, runtimes, and related tooling, plus a background in areas such as AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, semiconductors, systems software, or deep technology.
