Associate Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, Security & Facilities Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, Security & Facilities to provide strategic leadership across multi-site manufacturing, physical security, and facilities. The role oversees production performance, operational standards, safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, while leading security programs, facility maintenance, construction, and capital planning. The executive will manage budgets and operational financial metrics, drive measurable improvements in equipment effectiveness, throughput, and cost performance, and develop leaders across geographically dispersed teams. The position also requires close collaboration across operational and corporate functions to support growth, resilience, and consistent performance. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, business, facilities management, criminal justice, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. At least 15 years of progressive manufacturing experience, including 7–8 years in senior multi-site leadership with financial accountability, is required, along with experience in regulated industries and oversight of facilities, maintenance, construction, security, and capital projects. Applicants should bring deep expertise in Lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, cycle-time and bottleneck improvement, OEE, budgeting, and manufacturing financials, as well as strong executive leadership and analytical skills. Knowledge of applicable cannabis regulations, track-and-trace requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices is required; relevant industry experience and certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, CPIM, or CSCP are preferred.
