Chief Accounting Officer (CAO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Accounting Officer to design, implement, and manage its international financial infrastructure. The role leads global accounting frameworks, reporting, consolidations, governance, internal controls, and financial risk management, while ensuring compliance across multiple accounting standards and jurisdictions. The executive will advise senior leadership on capital raises, corporate structuring, international expansion, and mergers and acquisitions, and oversee treasury, liquidity, audit, tax, and regulatory relationships. The position also drives finance systems modernization and develops a high-performing international accounting team. Candidates must hold a CA or CPA qualification and have at least 10 years of accounting or financial management experience, including five or more years in senior financial leadership. Experience in high-growth technology or capital-intensive sectors is preferred. Strong expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, AASB, international tax, and multi-currency operations is required, along with a record of leading finance transformations, enterprise systems implementations, and automation. The ideal candidate brings strategic judgment, executive-level communication skills, strong integrity, and the ability to lead effectively amid rapidly changing priorities.
