Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, driving the financial strategy, operations, and long-term value creation during a pivotal growth stage. This role is pivotal in leading all aspects of finance, including accounting, reporting, audit, treasury, and internal controls. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing lender, investor, and banking relationships, as well as partnering with the executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives, M&A evaluations, and capital allocation decisions. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in accounting, finance, and operations, with a proven track record of managing a team of 5 or more. Experience in trade ops, futures, options, and FX is essential, as is fluency with private fund mechanics. The role requires a strategic thinker who can build and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting organization, support investor relations, and fundraising, and prepare diligence materials. The ideal candidate will be adept at financial planning, and be able to scale the organization for future expansion.
