Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead Finance, Accounting, and HR while serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership and ownership. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial planning and analysis, and long-range planning. The CFO will strengthen reporting, KPIs, controls, and visibility into business performance, while overseeing inventory, product costing, margins, working capital, and cash flow. Responsibilities also include partnering with Operations and Supply Chain, improving finance processes and systems, and supporting strategic decisions and growth initiatives. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, including experience as a CFO, Head of Finance, VP of Finance, or senior Controller. A background in consumer products, manufacturing, importing, distribution, wholesale, or another inventory-intensive business is preferred, along with strong knowledge of inventory, product costing, cost of goods sold, margins, and working capital. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting is required, as is comfort working directly with executive leadership in a hands-on, privately held environment. A bachelor’s degree is required; experience with financial systems and international trade or importing is preferred.
