About the Role
Remote (anywhere in United States)(United States)
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to play a pivotal role in the organization's AI-driven future of customer success. The successful candidate will be responsible for amplifying the CEO's impact, maintaining the executive team's alignment, and driving cross-functional initiatives. This high-visibility, fast-moving role requires a professional with a background in a Chief of Staff, strategy, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity, and a proven track record of 5-10 years in a related field. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering high-impact CEO communications, setting and driving the executive team operating rhythm, and owning the full life cycle of the annual strategic planning process. They should be a trusted partner, a force multiplier, and an exceptional communicator, with a strong executive presence and the ability to engage with C-suite leaders, Board members, and advisors. Proficiency in modern data and collaboration tools, as well as a strong fluency in AI and its application to executive-level work, is essential. The role also requires a candidate who is comfortable with ambiguity, naturally curious, and intellectually humble, with a learner's mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in customer success, post-sale SaaS, or the broader CS technology landscape, and hands-on experience in building AI workflows, are considered a strong plus.
