Chief Operating & Trust Officer Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating and Trust Officer for its National Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for operationalizing the business, serving as a key resource to the executive leadership team and the Board of Directors, and overseeing the day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance of the National Trust. This role requires a leader with a strong background in general management, finance, operations, or a related discipline, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. The Chief Operating and Trust Officer will be tasked with developing and owning the business plan, ensuring efficient and profitable operations, and maintaining a strong compliance and governance culture. Experience in a RegTech or Fintech company, particularly with a focus on digital currency and blockchain technology, is essential. Candidates for this position at the National Trust should have at least 15 years' of relevant experience, with a minimum of 10 years' in a leadership role. The role demands a detailed knowledge of managing a regulated business, particularly in the financial services sector, and the ability to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital currency and blockchain technology, and a proven ability to embrace emerging technologies to improve business processes. Strong communication, planning, and project management skills are a must, as is the ability to establish trust and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. The Chief Operating and Trust Officer will also be expected to identify and implement opportunities for improvement and to promote a culture of transparency and inclusivity.
