Chief Product Officer (CPO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Product Officer to lead product strategy and execution for a healthcare technology and services organization. The role includes owning the product roadmap, portfolio, and financial performance, while remaining hands-on in product management. The CPO will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, compliance, finance, and executive leadership, and drive product efficiencies through AI and the delivery of AI-enabled products. The position also calls for balancing strategic leadership with practical execution in a high-growth environment. Candidates should have at least 10 years of product management experience, including five or more years in leadership and demonstrated VP- or C-level product experience. Deep expertise in healthcare business-process-as-a-service, along with strong knowledge of payer and provider markets, is required. Applicants should have experience owning product roadmaps and financial performance, working across cross-functional teams, and developing AI-enabled products. A degree in computer science, a STEM discipline, operations, or a related field is required.
