Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer or VP of Technology to lead technology strategy and support the next stage of business growth. The role oversees engineering, platform, architecture, infrastructure, security, data, and AI delivery, while translating business priorities into technology roadmaps. Responsibilities include scaling and improving a complex software platform, advancing practical AI and automation initiatives, and strengthening delivery practices and enterprise readiness. The technology leader will also develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team and serve as a senior technology partner to executives, customers, and internal stakeholders. Candidates should have proven leadership experience in enterprise software or similarly complex technology environments, along with strong technical knowledge of cloud architecture, scalable platforms, APIs, integrations, DevOps, security, data, and software delivery. A track record of improving engineering maturity, delivery performance, platform reliability, and team accountability is essential. Applicants should also understand enterprise customer needs and security- and compliance-conscious environments. Familiarity with AI, automation, machine learning, language models, data platforms, or AI-enabled product delivery is required, with the judgment to identify practical business value.
