Executive Director Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking an Executive Director trainee to develop the skills needed to lead a senior living community. Responsibilities include learning and overseeing daily operations, supervising and motivating staff, supporting resident care, and maintaining resident satisfaction and retention. The role also involves managing budgets and occupancy goals, hiring and developing employees, maintaining facilities and regulatory compliance, and supporting sales, marketing, admissions, and resident service planning. The Executive Director represents the community in local and civic affairs and coordinates resident care, marketing, dining, housekeeping, and maintenance functions. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least two to four years of related leadership experience. A valid administrator license is required where applicable, along with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for business use. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are essential, as are effective written and verbal communication, prioritization, delegation, and multitasking skills. Familiarity with Microsoft software is preferred.
