Executive Vice President, Product & Engineering Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President of Product & Engineering to lead its product management and engineering organizations and establish a unified strategy for technology innovation, product development, and enterprise platforms. The role oversees product roadmaps, engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery, while building high-performing teams and aligning priorities with business goals. Responsibilities include modernizing platforms, improving reliability and operational performance, advancing responsible AI and automation, and leading large-scale transformation initiatives. The executive will also manage budgets and resources, set performance measures, and advise senior leadership on technology investments and strategic priorities. Candidates should have 15 or more years of progressive experience in technology, software engineering, product management, or a related field, including at least eight years in senior leadership. Demonstrated executive oversight of both product management and software engineering, enterprise strategy, large-scale software delivery, and organizational change is required. Strong knowledge of modern architecture, cloud technologies, integrations, Agile practices, and engineering standards is expected, along with experience managing budgets, vendors, and resources. Experience with AI-enabled development, automation, executive partnerships, and regulated industries is valuable. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, and an advanced degree is also preferred.
