Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Fractional CFO with a strong background in financial leadership to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing their own client pipeline, with a focus on long-term client relationships. This role is not W-2 employment and does not involve simply being assigned clients; instead, it offers the opportunity to work with a company that provides training, systems, tools, and professional support to help experienced CFOs develop their own client acquisition practices. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a CFO or in an equivalent senior financial executive role with privately held U.S. companies, and at least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation. The ideal candidate for this role at the company is someone who is ready to take on the challenge of consistently finding and winning the right clients, and who is willing to learn and apply proven methodologies for client acquisition. The role is well-suited to individuals who value the empowerment to manage their own client relationships, including the ability to 'fire' a client if necessary, and who are interested in helping long-term clients with financial planning, including the sale of their companies. While not a requirement, a FINRA Series 7 and/or Series 79 may be a bonus.
