Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Applicants for the Fractional CFO position at the company must have a background as a CFO, Fractional CFO, Controller, or in a similar senior finance leadership role. Government contracting experience is essential, as is a proven track record of working with startups to build finance functions or infrastructure. The role requires strong expertise in hands-on accounting, financial reporting, and operational finance, as well as a demonstrated ability to develop financial controls, processes, procedures, and ensure compliance.
