Head of AI & Business Transformation Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Head of AI and Business Transformation to lead the integration of artificial intelligence into the core of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and refining the company's AI strategy, vision, and operating model, with a focus on practical applications that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation. This role requires a hands-on approach, from identifying AI use cases to leading their implementation and ensuring company-wide adoption. The Head of AI will also be instrumental in transforming various business functions, including growth, creative, e-commerce, CX, finance, operations, and product development, through AI-powered tools and processes. Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in consumer technology, CPG, DTC, e-commerce, growth, digital transformation, product, analytics, AI, or related fields, with a strong preference for those with a background in scaled consumer brands. The role demands a deep understanding of modern AI models and the ability to translate emerging technologies into practical business solutions.
