Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving margin expansion and profitability, owning the financial roadmap to support the company's growth, and serving as a key financial operator. This role involves close partnership with functional team leadership to enhance business performance, as well as owning the relationship with the board and investors, and delivering clear and confident financial reporting. The Head of Finance will also be tasked with building and owning financial models, conducting ROI and margin analysis, and supporting strategic financial decisions. Experience in a high-growth, PE-backed or venture-backed company, particularly in the healthcare, digital health, or SaaS sector, is essential. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a senior finance leadership background with a focus on financial planning, reporting, and operational finance. Deep experience with clinical workforce and staffing models is a must, as is a strong understanding of recurring revenue models and clinical operations. The role requires a strong communicator, technically savvy individual, and a self-starter with high initiative. M&A experience or exposure is also a valuable asset. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, capable of driving solutions and will be expected to partner with the CEO and leadership team on financial implications of operational and strategic decisions.
