Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance/BU CFO to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key strategic and financial partner, leading enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. This role is pivotal in providing clear visibility into business performance, profitability, cash flow, and working capital. The Head of Finance will also be responsible for developing standardized financial reporting, KPI dashboards, and analytics, as well as partnering with business leaders to improve performance and support strategic initiatives. A strong focus on continuous improvement and standardization of financial processes is essential, as is the ability to build and lead a high-performing finance organization. Applicants for the Head of Finance/BU CFO position at the company should have an MBA and/or CPA, with a preference for those with both. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance experience, including FP&A, business finance, and strategic finance, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting, and experience in a multi-entity, consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, private equity, or acquisitive environment. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting are also necessary. The role involves supporting the CFO with various financial reporting and analysis tasks and requires a leader who can drive the financial strategy of the organization.
