Head of Risk & Information Security

The Company is seeking a Head of Risk and Information Security to lead enterprise risk and security across multiple business units. The role includes assessing people, processes, and technology; consolidating risk and technology functions; and managing a multidisciplinary team, including security and risk leaders. The successful candidate will oversee operational risk, internal controls, audit readiness, and third-party vendor governance, while representing the organization in client and regulatory reviews. They will also present clear assessments of the enterprise risk posture to senior leadership and board committees. Candidates should have at least seven years of leadership experience overseeing risk and information security in fintech, along with deep expertise in operational risk, audit, and relevant regulatory frameworks. Experience with multi-business-unit risk assessments, regulatory agencies, and offshore teams is required. Strong executive communication, board presentation, and client-facing skills are essential, as is a pragmatic, business-enabling approach. A bachelor’s degree is required.
