The Company is in search of a strategic and business-oriented Head of Software Systems and Business Enablement. This leadership role is pivotal in managing, optimizing, and overseeing the lifecycle of all software systems across the organization's international footprint. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company's platforms are reliable, well-governed, and cost-effective, with a strong focus on harnessing innovation and AI to enhance business operations. Key responsibilities include defining and executing a multi-year systems roadmap, driving platform rationalization, and establishing strong system ownership and lifecycle management. The role also involves building a business-facing partnership model, strengthening architecture, integration, and standardization, and driving adoption, change, and service excellence. Applicants for the Head of Software Systems and Business Enablement position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in enterprise applications, business systems, or digital transformation, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
