Head of Treasury & Capital Management

The Company is seeking a Head of Treasury & Capital Management to lead enterprise liquidity, cash forecasting, funding strategies, and treasury governance. The role will oversee capital planning and deployment, evaluate financing and reinsurance opportunities, and advise executive leadership and board members on capital adequacy and financial strategy. Responsibilities also include partnering with investment and actuarial teams on asset-liability management, supporting strategic transactions, and preparing financial materials for leadership, regulators, lenders, and rating agencies. The successful candidate will build and develop a high-performing team and serve as a trusted advisor on treasury, liquidity, and capital matters. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related field; an MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent advanced credential is preferred. At least 10 years of progressive experience in treasury, capital management, finance, or asset-liability management within the life and annuity insurance industry is required, including direct industry experience. Applicants should have experience engaging with rating agencies and leading debt, financing, or strategic capital transactions. Strong executive presence and a demonstrated ability to present to senior management and boards are essential.
