Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic and hands-on leadership across finance and accounting. The role partners with senior leadership on financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and business performance, while overseeing budgeting, cash flow, reporting, accounting operations, and close processes. The CFO will assess existing processes, controls, systems, and reporting capabilities, then strengthen financial visibility, efficiency, and scalability. Responsibilities also include leading finance teams and transformation initiatives, communicating financial risks and performance, and supporting transactions, integration, or restructuring as needed. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field and have significant progressive finance leadership experience, including prior CFO, interim CFO, or comparable senior-level work. Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and accounting operations is required, along with the ability to assess operations and set priorities in an interim or consulting environment. Applicants should bring strong analytical, strategic planning, communication, team leadership, and process-improvement skills. Experience in high-growth or transformational environments is preferred; M&A, restructuring, systems implementation, or finance transformation experience is an advantage, and a CPA or MBA is preferred.
