Interim Vice President of Finance Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is in need of an Interim VP of Finance with a strong background in transaction readiness and finance leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and executing a sponsor-backed exit, with a focus on SaaS finance experience within a PE-backed environment. This role requires a hands-on finance leader who can work independently and also partner with senior leadership, particularly in the context of supporting midsize companies through M&A and diligence. The Interim VP of Finance will be expected to start quickly, increase hours as necessary, and be available for periodic travel. Applicants for the Interim VP of Finance position at the company should have direct experience in the key areas outlined in the job description. The role is critical in providing the necessary finance leadership coverage during a transaction, and as such, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in this capacity. While not mandatory, a VP of Finance or comparable senior finance leadership experience is preferred. The company values professionals who can bring a high level of expertise and are capable of executing the role with minimal supervision. The engagement is set to begin part-time and ramp up to full-time, with a remote work arrangement.
