Investment Banking Managing Director

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Managing Director to originate and lead mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements. Responsibilities include building relationships with business owners, executives, investors, and strategic acquirers; guiding transactions from initial engagement through closing; and advising clients on strategic and financial matters. The role also involves expanding the Company’s presence in an industry sector, mentoring junior professionals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client solutions. Candidates should currently be a Managing Director or Director with a strong record of originating business, and have at least 10 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance. They should bring established relationships in relevant industry sectors and a proven ability to source, market, and close middle-market transactions. Experience advising founder-owned, investor-backed, and corporate clients is required, along with strong leadership, business development, and client management skills.
