Senior Vice President, AI Transformation

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of AI Transformation to turn enterprise AI strategy into delivered outcomes. The role owns AI initiatives from planning and sequencing through deployment, adoption, and evaluation, coordinating internal teams and external partners to meet quality and delivery goals. The successful candidate will contribute to transformation strategy, share field-level insights to refine the approach, and manage partner relationships and commitments. They will also build the team and operating practices needed to deliver initiatives reliably as the transformation grows. Candidates should have at least 12 years of professional experience, including five or more years leading complex programs or transformation initiatives, and experience managing teams or cross-functional delivery groups. A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred. Applicants should bring experience delivering AI, data, or technology-enabled initiatives in complex organizations, along with vendor management, program and change-management expertise, and working fluency in AI, large language model ecosystems, agentic systems, and workflow automation. Experience in a regulated industry is preferred, as are strong executive communication, judgment, and a hands-on approach to ownership and execution.
