Senior Vice President, Producer

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President / Producer to grow and manage a client portfolio while maintaining strong client relationships. The role offers autonomy to develop business, expand a book of clients, and potentially build a team, supported by shared operational resources. The successful candidate will contribute to profitable growth and may bring experience serving clients across industries such as manufacturing, food and beverage, real estate, construction, transportation, marine, aviation, or employee benefits. Candidates should have substantial experience as an insurance producer or senior sales leader and a proven record of building a book of business generating approximately $500,000 to $2 million in revenue. The role calls for strong client development and relationship-management skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to grow a portfolio independently. Experience in one or more of the listed industries is relevant.
