The Company is seeking a Vice President of Data Center Operations to lead the performance, reliability, scalability, and operational readiness of its data center portfolio. The role oversees site operations, critical facilities, maintenance, workforce planning, health and safety, vendor performance, and incident management across multiple locations. The successful candidate will establish consistent operating standards, lead readiness and launch activities for new facilities, and ensure smooth transitions from construction and commissioning into production. They will also manage customer escalations, operating budgets, capacity planning, and performance improvement, while partnering with engineering, construction, quality, and cloud operations teams. Applicants should bring deep knowledge of mission-critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure, maintenance, change and incident management, risk analysis, budgets, vendors, and workforce planning. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
