Vice President of Engineering Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key technical leader, responsible for global engineering leadership, talent management, and driving the technical strategy for core product initiatives. This role demands a player/coach approach, with a focus on leading and mentoring distributed software engineering teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and integrating modern AI-driven development tools and workflows. The VP of Engineering will also be at the forefront of architectural excellence, ensuring scalable and secure deployments on AWS, and will be instrumental in the continuous improvement of engineering processes and team metrics. Candidates for the VP of Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years of progressive software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in senior engineering leadership roles.
