Vice President of Professional Education

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Professional Education to spearhead the strategic development and leadership of its non-credit professional, executive, corporate, and workforce education portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing a growth strategy that positions the company as a global leader in professional education, particularly in the aviation and aerospace sectors. This role demands a dynamic and results-oriented leader with a Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in professional, corporate, executive, or workforce education. The Vice President will be tasked with market development, sales, and partnerships, as well as overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the professional education enterprise. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Professional Education at the company include strategic program development, market intelligence, and the integration of business development, pricing, marketing, and performance measurement to create a seamless customer experience. The role also involves leading a team and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the portfolio meets the evolving needs of the industry and workforce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative sales, strategic partnerships, and enterprise contracts, as well as experience in financial management, and a strong ability to represent the company with a diverse range of professionals. While not mandatory, a Doctorate or MBA, relevant professional or industry credentials, and experience in developing or scaling similar educational enterprises are preferred qualifications.
