Vice President of QA & Automation

The Company is seeking a Vice President of QA and Automation to establish and lead an enterprise quality operating model across a complex healthcare technology environment. The role owns quality strategy, governance, and measurable outcomes, spanning testing, business validation, release readiness, defect management, automation, vendor performance, and continuous improvement. The executive will define standards, metrics, and release criteria; strengthen end-to-end testing; and provide leadership with an independent view of quality and delivery risk. They will also build a scalable quality organization and guide the evolution of existing processes, partnerships, and capabilities. Candidates should bring significant leadership experience in enterprise QA, software quality, or quality engineering, including a track record of building or transforming large-scale quality models. Strong knowledge of user acceptance, system integration, regression testing, release readiness, defect management, and enterprise quality metrics is required. Experience leading vendor, partner, or offshore testing teams and influencing product, technology, and operations leaders is essential. Healthcare technology experience and practical application of automation or AI/ML to software quality are highly valued, along with executive communication skills and the ability to work effectively amid evolving structures and priorities.
