Chief Advancement Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Advancement Officer to lead its fundraising, constituent relations, and donor stewardship programs. The role includes developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising campaign, advising senior leadership and trustees on advancement strategy, and translating institutional priorities into compelling giving opportunities. The successful candidate will personally cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors while expanding alumni and community engagement. They will also lead the advancement team, strengthen fundraising operations and systems, and ensure effective financial oversight and stewardship of gifts. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have significant progressive experience in institutional advancement or philanthropic leadership, including a record of securing major gifts. Required expertise includes major, annual, and planned giving; donor stewardship; campaign strategy; prospect portfolio management; and advancement operations. Applicants should demonstrate strong team leadership, financial and organizational skills, sound judgment, integrity, and excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Experience with comprehensive campaigns, seven-figure gifts, or nonprofit and educational organizations is preferred, as is an advanced degree or relevant professional credential.
