Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and strategic growth of two healthcare entities. The role includes guiding strategic planning, overseeing operational teams, and developing and managing annual operating and capital budgets. The successful candidate will ensure regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards are met; lead staffing and leadership development; and oversee marketing, community relationships, and referral partnerships. Additional responsibilities include managing key contracts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and protecting organizational assets and facilities. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. Significant healthcare operations experience is required, ideally in outpatient imaging or physician practice management. Applicants should demonstrate success managing profit and loss, growing volume and financial performance, and leading multi-site operations. Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, continuous improvement, staff engagement, and patient experience skills are essential.
