The Company is seeking a Chief Agency Officer to lead agency distribution and drive sustainable, profitable growth. The role sets sales targets and oversees agency development, sales management, channel profitability, and distributor engagement across business lines. Responsibilities include shaping distribution strategies, recruiting and developing agency partners, establishing performance measures and incentive programs, and using analytics to improve productivity and retention. The officer will collaborate with business leaders and external partners, strengthen sales capabilities through coaching and training, and ensure distribution activities meet regulatory, governance, and operational requirements. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred. Extensive experience in insurance distribution, sales leadership, and channel management is required, along with a record of growing agency performance and profitability. The role calls for strong knowledge of producer management and insurance markets, proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, and excellent analytical, strategic, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Fluency in written and spoken Thai and English is required.
