Chief, Obstetrics & Gynecology

The Company is seeking a Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology to lead and advance its OB/GYN and maternity services. The role will set a forward-looking clinical vision, foster a collaborative culture of accountability, and improve patient experience, access, and operational performance. Working in a dyad leadership model, the Chief will provide strategic and operational oversight while maintaining an active clinical practice. Responsibilities also include strengthening integration across ambulatory practices and labor and delivery, and expanding the provider model through recruitment and team development. Candidates should have progressive OB/GYN leadership experience and a record of leading or influencing physicians and advanced practice providers in a complex clinical setting. Experience improving patient experience, access, operational performance, and regulatory compliance is important; familiarity with risk-based or value-based care is an asset. An MD or DO degree, board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and eligibility for or possession of an unrestricted state medical license are required.
