Division Chief of Breast Imaging

The Company is seeking a Division Chief of Breast Imaging to lead the clinical, research, and educational missions of its breast imaging program. The role includes ensuring timely, high-quality, and efficient imaging services; optimizing resources and physician productivity; and serving as a physician leader within a multidisciplinary breast oncology program. The Chief will guide a team of faculty, fellows, residents, advanced practitioners, and patient navigators, while fostering collaboration with referring specialties and contributing to multidisciplinary care. Responsibilities also include building clinical and research programs and integrating the needs of partner specialties into breast care. Candidates must be board-certified in diagnostic radiology, eligible for medical licensure in the relevant jurisdiction, and fellowship-trained in breast imaging. Experience managing a clinical division or equivalent operations is required, along with strong leadership skills, experience building clinical and research programs, and a record of successful multispecialty collaboration. The successful candidate will be appointed to an academic faculty at a rank commensurate with experience.
