Provost

The Company is seeking a Provost to serve as its chief academic officer and lead academic affairs. The role includes ensuring the quality and integrity of academic programs, coordinating the development of innovative programs, securing relevant accreditations, and leading faculty recruitment and development. The Provost will promote excellence in teaching, scholarship, research, creative work, and service, while guiding strategic planning and setting the academic vision. Working collaboratively with faculty, librarians, deans, and staff, the Provost will advance the institution’s mission and student success. The ideal candidate will bring senior academic leadership experience and the ability to develop viable academic programs and lead complex academic operations. Strong collaboration, strategic planning, and communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to academic quality, innovation, and student achievement. The role requires the ability to build effective partnerships across academic and administrative functions and to guide faculty and staff toward shared goals.
