Head of Solution Delivery

The Company is seeking a Head of Solution Delivery to lead enterprise software implementations, subscription deployments, and professional services engagements. The role oversees delivery teams, project execution, resource planning, and financial performance, ensuring customer commitments translate into successful implementations and lasting value. Responsibilities include establishing scalable delivery methods, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality, and partnering with commercial and technical stakeholders on solution planning. The Head of Solution Delivery also develops customer relationships, resolves escalations, improves delivery operations, and tracks performance through clear metrics. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise software, SaaS implementation, professional services, or technical delivery, including 4–5 years leading delivery teams. Required experience includes managing complex enterprise implementations, developing project estimates and statements of work, and overseeing resource planning, delivery governance, budgets, and financial performance. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills are essential. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience is required; experience with enterprise SaaS, integrations, automation, or project management certifications is an advantage.
