Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to oversee its financial health and operational infrastructure. The CFO will partner with the CEO and executive team to shape and execute organizational strategy, leading finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, treasury, and tax functions. Responsibilities include managing reporting, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, cost controls, audits, and tax processes, while providing executive oversight of human resources and procurement. The role also supports mergers and acquisitions, strengthens systems and internal processes, develops high-performing teams, and communicates financial and operational performance to key stakeholders. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. At least 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including five years in senior finance roles, is required. Preferred qualifications include experience in private-equity-backed environments and consulting or technology sectors, along with expertise in financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, and cost control. Applicants should have comprehensive knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting, familiarity with modern financial systems and ERP optimization, and strong communication skills. The role also calls for proven cross-functional leadership and the ability to drive improvements in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
