Executive Director, Clinical Operations

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Clinical Operations to lead clinical strategy and operations across a growing home health organization. The role includes aligning clinical performance with business growth and compliance goals, ensuring readiness for regulatory surveys, and using data, KPIs, and dashboards to improve quality and accountability. The Executive Director will lead and develop nursing directors, coordinate staffing and patient care across service lines, and collaborate with HR, finance, and operations. They will also analyze performance gaps, support growth initiatives, and present clinical and operational insights to senior leadership. Candidates must hold an active RN license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with progressive leadership experience in home health operations; an MSN, MBA, or MHA is preferred. Required qualifications include experience leading multi-site clinical teams, developing leaders, and managing data-driven performance systems. Strong knowledge of Medicaid, OASIS documentation, and home health electronic medical record platforms is needed, along with proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI. Experience scaling a growing organization is an advantage.
