Associate Chief Clinical Officer

The Company is seeking an Associate Chief Clinical Officer to serve as the most senior physician leader at a new ambulatory medical campus. The role will provide clinical leadership across specialty care, cardiovascular services, imaging, and other campus programs, while advancing efficient, accessible, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include guiding medical directors, partnering with clinical and operational leaders, and supporting faculty engagement and performance. The successful candidate will help shape a community-integrated care model and align campus operations with broader organizational priorities. Candidates must hold an MD, DO, MD/PhD, or equivalent, and have board certification in a relevant adult specialty. Active clinical practice must align with the specialties offered at the campus. The role requires experience in a fast-paced, complex healthcare environment and demonstrated success leading through influence in a matrix organization. A strong commitment to clinical excellence, efficient care delivery, and the needs of patients and providers is essential.
