Vice President, Commercial Banking, Credit Analyst Team

The Company is seeking a Vice President to support its Commercial Banking credit analyst team. Responsibilities include conducting periodic credit reviews for existing borrowers and preparing credit applications for new borrowers, including supporting documentation and compliance checklists. The role involves coordinating with relationship managers to monitor facility terms, following up on post-approval conditions, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The successful candidate will also prepare management reports, monitor account risks, help improve credit workflows, guide junior staff, and support team leadership and special projects. Applicants should hold a degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, and have at least five to six years of credit analysis experience in commercial or corporate banking. Strong credit and business knowledge, familiarity with regulatory requirements, and proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese are required. Candidates should demonstrate analytical and logical presentation skills, attention to detail, customer focus, self-motivation, and effective time management, including the ability to work under pressure and collaboratively. Proficiency with computer applications is expected; a relevant credit risk management accreditation is preferred.
