Vice President, ERP & Integrated Applications

The Company is seeking a Vice President of ERP and Integrated Applications to lead its enterprise applications strategy and oversee systems supporting finance, human capital management, and supply chain operations. The role is responsible for aligning technology investments, application capabilities, and governance with organizational priorities while ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, scalable, and effective. The Vice President will guide platform optimization and continuous improvement, evaluate emerging technologies, and oversee vendor relationships, budgets, and technology investments. The position also calls for close partnership with business and technology leaders to advance enterprise transformation and deliver measurable value. Candidates should bring extensive experience leading large-scale ERP environments, including complex implementations, post-launch stabilization, and ongoing optimization; experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is preferred. Deep expertise in governance, product and vendor management, application portfolio strategy, and enterprise operating models is required. The ideal candidate will have a record of leading organizational change, building high-performing teams, and influencing executive stakeholders across diverse functions. Strong collaboration and the ability to align stakeholders around a shared vision for enterprise systems are essential.
