Campus Executive Director

The Company is seeking a Campus Executive Director to lead campus operations and support a positive educational environment, student engagement, and institutional goals. Responsibilities include driving enrollment and retention, managing budgets and facilities, supervising staff and hiring, and ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements. The Director will coordinate accreditation activities and advisory meetings, monitor performance against student and operational outcomes, and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and community stakeholders. The role also involves communicating campus goals and progress, addressing employee concerns, and aligning educational programs with student needs. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of management experience at a post-secondary educational institution; private-sector experience is preferred. A positive business and sales aptitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven, compliance-focused environment are required. Candidates should be organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities with integrity and professionalism. Proficiency with common office software is required; a master’s degree and admissions experience are preferred.
