Associate Vice President, Legal Entity

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Legal Entity to manage financial processes and controls for internal and external reporting. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams to support compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements, leading month-end close activities, and preparing and reviewing financial statements. The role also contributes to regulatory filings, supports transaction structuring and entity changes, and assists with audits by providing documentation and resolving inquiries. Additional duties include balance sheet substantiation, evaluating expense accruals, processing routine financial administration, and contributing to special projects. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA certification is preferred. The role requires 3–8 years of relevant financial accounting experience in financial services, with experience at a major public accounting firm considered an advantage. Familiarity with enterprise financial systems is beneficial, alongside strong analytical and Excel skills and project management capabilities.
